What differentiates Recover from Build?
Build is used intra-workout during very long or strength sessions to protect muscle. Recover contains 200g and is taken post-workout: more carbohydrates, more sodium, and a dense smoothie-like texture designed to be consumed when fatigue is at its peak.
Do I need to mix it with water or milk?

It provides all nine essential amino acids; its leucine is lower than that of whey, but by including 12 g of total protein and combined with carbohydrates and almonds, it reaches the anabolic threshold for most athletes.
What electrolytes and micronutrients does it provide?
