The Strength PRO Kit is specifically designed for strength sports, such as fitness and CrossFit. It contains two Build packs, a Power pack, and a Recover pack to cover all the nutritional needs of a strength athlete for a month.
Build: Banana puree, pear puree, mango puree (23%), coconut milk (9%), bean protein isolate, lemon juice concentrate, salt.
Recover: Banana puree (36%), strawberry puree (22%), prune puree, water, almond paste, bean protein isolate, carob syrup, lemon juice concentrate, salt.
Power: Apple puree, pear puree (25%), date puree, blackberry puree (9%), orange juice, acerola puree, salt, lemon juice concentrate.
Build: 21g CHO - 7.4g P - 376mg Na
Recover: 31g CHO - 12g P - 520mg Na
Power: 27g CHO - 310mg Na
Designed for 4 weeks of strength, hypertrophy or powerlifting work.
Pre-activation
Take ½ pouch of Power 10 minutes before warming up: a quick spike of carbohydrates and sodium that awakens the nervous system and gives you explosiveness in the first heavy set.
During the session (main block)
Sip 1 pouch of Build between the first sets of your base workouts (squats, presses, deadlifts). It provides 7.4g of complete plant-based protein and 21g of carbohydrates to preserve muscle tissue and maintain glycogen.
Between accessories or second part
When you move on to auxiliary exercises, consume the remaining 1/2 pouch of Power, and if your session lasts longer than 75 minutes, open the second pouch of Build and sip it in small amounts. This way, you'll maintain your performance without feeling bloated.
Immediate recovery
Within 30 minutes of your last set, take one pouch of Recover. With 31g of carbohydrates, 12g of complete protein, and 1.3g of sodium, it restores glycogen, rehydrates, and activates protein synthesis. You'll notice the difference by recovering faster and reducing muscle soreness.
4-week guideline plan
6 strength sessions (1–2 per week):
- 1 Power (½ + ½)
- 2 Build (1 during main block, 1 during accessories)
- 1 Recover (post-workout)
Intermediate days: Prioritize meals rich in protein (1.6–2 g/kg) and complex carbohydrates; you don't need an extra pouch.
Build: Mango + Coconut
Recover: Strawberry + Banana
Power: Pear + Blackberry
